- InstallRegisteredRequest: Effective-install attribution emitted by the bootstrap (mcpb/server/index.js or `npx local-mcp`) the first time the runtime starts successfully on a machine. Distinct from `/install-event`: that one tracks each step of the install script; this one is fired once per (anonymous_id, channel) by the JS bootstrap and measures *effective* installs (download → runtime running) for the MCPB funnel. See docs/mcpb-distribution-plan.md §Ola2 item 9.
