Registra eventos del install script (start/complete/failed).

For install_script_fetched events (no stage), tags is_bot=true when the
user-agent matches a known non-human fetcher pattern. The install funnel
dashboard subtracts those from the real-conversion denominator so we can
measure actual user conversion instead of being drowned in bot noise.
