Redeem a bearer token once.

lmcp-api#325: when the token was minted with a visit id (the site sends one only after an
analytics yes), the answer adds `vid`, so the installer can send it on its install event.
Without one the key is absent and the answer is byte for byte what it always was. `ref` and
`src` are never returned.
