Lo que mandó esta máquina, con quién lo recibió y quién lo acusó.

Es la mitad que faltaba del canal: hasta ahora agent_send devolvía y ahí se acababa,
y el emisor no tenía forma de saber nada. El dato de entrega ya existía en
agent_message_reads desde el principio — nadie lo consultaba nunca.

La respuesta NO lleva machine_id. La columna `reader` es 'machine_id:agent_id', así
que exponerla cruda filtraría el identificador que todo el resto del mesh esconde
detrás del handle; por eso el reader se une contra la membresía por prefijo y sale
como handle + agent_id.
