The mesh directory: who is up, on which machine, doing what.

Machines appear as handles, never as machine_id — publishing machine_ids
would hand any mesh member the one string that /tunnel/register-anon trades
for another machine's tunnel token.

distintas y se confundían: la lista sale de `agent_checkins`, así que una máquina
inscripta pero sin check-in vigente no figura — ni siquiera la que pregunta.

- `agent_id` string, nullable: Your own agent_id: reading the directory counts as your activity and renews YOUR presence. Without it nobody is renewed.
