Reset a machine's survey state for RE-TESTING: deletes its stored response and clears the
target's funnel columns + token while KEEPING the assignment, so /survey/pending serves the
survey again. Built for the self-test loop (Dario, 2026-08-07: three answers deep with no way
to retry). Resetting a real user's target re-surveys them — deliberate admin action.
