Cloud-relay (tunnel) reliability — connect/disconnect churn, session
lifetime and disconnect reasons. Reads infra_events (NOT events — tunnel_*
events are routed there by log_event), which is why this never surfaced in
the funnel dashboards. Plus the live in-memory active tunnels.
