Growth — the ONE acquisition→activation→retention funnel (admin redesign
Phase 2), replacing the four overlapping funnels (conversion / conversion-funnel
/ onboarding-breakdown / dashboard). Built on the canonical metrics layer.

Honest about units: the machine funnel (Install→Activate→Retain) is strictly
dedupable per machine. 'Visitors' is top-of-funnel CONTEXT only — browser→machine
is the dead pre_tokens attribution, so we do NOT fake a visitor→install rate.
Channel attribution uses the real `ref` (sparse — most installs are unknown).
