# Update Reward Store

`PATCH /{client_id}/reward-stores/{id}/`

## Request

Updates a reward store. Send only the fields you want to change. Requires a producer access token for the application.

Once a store is published, only `name` and `sponsor_ids` can be changed, and any other field fails with 400. Unpublish the store to edit the rest. The reward item can't be changed while any product in the store is published. A store can have at most one reward item.

`reward_item_ids`, `sponsor_ids` and `attributes` are full replacements. Send the complete list, and send an empty list to clear them. Omitting a field leaves it unchanged. The response is the updated store, in the same shape as Retrieve Reward Store.

## Request body

- object
  - `name` string: Name of the reward store. Max 255 characters.
  - `reward_item_ids` string[]: Full replace. At most one reward item, and it must belong to this application.
  - `sponsor_ids` string[]: Full replace. Sponsors to attach. Each must belong to this application.
  - `custom_data` string: Free text, for example serialized JSON.
  - `attributes` object[]: Full replace. Both key and value are required on every item. The same key can repeat with different values, but an identical pair twice is rejected.
    - `key` string
    - `value` string

## Response `200`

OK. The updated store.

- `400`: Validation error, or the field can't be changed while the store is published.
