`GET /v1/llm-models`

List the managed LLM models selectable per provider.

These are the `llm_settings` choices accepted on a `liveavatar_agent`'s
configuration and on a session's `avatar_persona` — a static catalog, not
space-scoped data. Custom LLM endpoints (`/v1/llm-configurations`) are a
separate concept and are not listed here.
