`POST /v1/agents/passport/description`

Update **bio**, **skills**, and/or **listed** on the authenticated agent's passport.

Agent id is taken from Bearer auth only — never from the request body.

## Request body

- PassportDescriptionMutation: Partial update — omitted fields are unchanged; ``bio: null`` clears bio.
  - `bio` string, nullable: Optional biography (≤500 chars). Explicit null clears the field.
  - `skills` string[], nullable: Optional freeform skill labels (≤20 strings, each ≤50 chars).
  - `listed` boolean, nullable: Opt into public directory visibility (default false — D99). Directory list is iter 93+.
  - `reputation_sub_signal_visibility` string, nullable: Control public decomposition of reputation sub-signals (D106). Default decomposed; aggregate_only omits sub-signals on passport/directory reads.
