# List reference series

`GET /v1/series`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.liquidcompute.co`
- URL: `https://api.liquidcompute.co/v1/series`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Returns every token reference series with its unit, source, attribution
and latest value. `latest` is the most recent period's value, and is
`null` for a series with no value yet.

Requires the `reference-series` entitlement family; requests without
it return `404` `not_found`.

## Response `200`

The reference-series catalog.

- ReferenceSeriesCatalogResponse
  - `series` ReferenceSeries[], required
    - `id` string, required
    - `name` string, required
    - `kind` 'tokens', required
    - `unit` 'USD/Mtok', required: Price unit; `USD/Mtok` is US dollars per million tokens.
    - `currency` string, required
    - `source` string, required
    - `attribution` string, required: Text to show beside any value from this series.
    - `model` TokenModel, required
      - `id` string, required
      - `name` string, required
      - `lab` string, required: The lab that publishes the model.
      - `class` 'premium' | 'flagship' | 'mid' | 'small' | 'open', required: Price class. A closed model's class is its place in its lab's own lineup, priced at the lab's list price; `open` is an open-weights model, priced as the median across inference providers.
      - `open_weights` boolean, required
      - `position` integer, required: Display order across all token models, ascending.
      - `succeeds` string, nullable, required: Id of the model this one replaced in the same lab and price class; null when it replaced none. A model that no other model succeeds is current: the ladder shows current models, and a class's price history follows each one back along this chain.
    - `side` 'input' | 'output' | 'null', nullable, required: Which tokens a per-model series prices; null on every other series.
    - `latest` object, nullable, required: The most recent period's value; null until the series has one.
      - `period_start` string, date, required
      - `value` number, required
