`GET /api/WarehouseTransfer/GetTransferBinNotes`

Use this call to retrieve notes from a specific bin.

  - `NoteUser` string: User who created note
  - `Note` string: Note text
  - `NoteDateTime` string, date-time: When bin note was added
  - `NoteRead` boolean: If bin note is readable
  - `PkBinId` string, uuid: Bin ID
