Cancels the shipping label for an order

## Request body

- ShippingServiceCancelOrderShippingLabelRequest
  - `request` CancelOrderShippingLabelRequest: Class used for reqeust parameters for CancelOrderShippingLabel
    - `pkOrderId` string, uuid: Unique Order id

## Response `200`

OK

- CancelOrderShippingLabelResponse: Class used for getting shipping label cancelation parameter
  - `LabelCanceled` boolean: Identifies that the label is canceled successfully in the courier system
  - `MustCancelManually` boolean: Identifies that the label is canceled in Linnworks Only and must also be canceled manually with the courier. This normally indicates that the courier does not support label cancelation.
  - `IsError` boolean: Is error
  - `ErrorMessage` string: Error Message if IsError is true
