# ActionBookedOrder

`POST /api/ReturnsRefunds/ActionBookedOrder`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://eu-ext.linnworks.net`

- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Action list of booked returns/exchange items for a given order ID. If the return is for a batched item, the batch must be booked in manually.

  - `pkOrderId` string, uuid: unique ID of the order
  - `bookedItems` BookedReturnsExchangeItem[]: list of returns/exchange items to be actioned
    - `fkOrderItemRowId` string, uuid: Order item record row ID
    - `OrderItemBatchId` integer: Order item batch id
    - `StockItemId` string, uuid: Stock Item Id
    - `BatchInventoryId` integer: Batch Inventory Id
    - `BatchNumber` string: Batch number
    - `RowType` string: Record type
    - `SKU` string: Product SKU
    - `ItemTitle` string: Product title
    - `ReturnQty` integer: Return quantity
    - `MaxReturnQty` integer: Maximum returned quantity
    - `NewQty` integer: New quantity after return
    - `NewSKU` string: New product SKU after return
    - `NewTitle` string: New product title after return
    - `fkNewStockItemId` string, uuid: New returned stock item ID
    - `Category` string: Product category
    - `Reason` string: Return result
    - `fkReturnLocationId` string, uuid: In which location item was returned (Location ID)
    - `ReturnLocation` string: In which location item was returned (Location name)
    - `PendingRefundAmount` number, double: Refund amount still pending
    - `Scrapped` boolean: If return scraped
    - `ScrapQty` integer: Scraped quantity
    - `ParentOrderItemRowId` string, uuid: Parent prder item record row ID
    - `AdditionalCost` number, double: Additional cost value
    - `cCurrency` string: Currency
    - `pkReturnId` integer: Return ID
    - `ChannelReason` string: Channel return ID
    - `ChannelReasonSec` string: Channel secondary reason ID
    - `ReturnDate` string, date-time: When return was made
    - `DespatchUnitValue` number, double: Unit value of item at time of despatch
    - `BatchInventory` StockItemBatchInventory
      - `BatchInventoryId` integer: Stock item batch record ID
      - `BatchId` integer: Batch ID
      - `StockLocationId` string, uuid: Location ID
      - `BinRack` string: BinRack
      - `PrioritySequence` integer: Pick order
      - `Quantity` integer: Quantity
      - `StockValue` number, double: Current stock value
      - `StartQuantity` integer: Quantity originally booked in
      - `PickedQuantity` integer: Indicate how many units are now allocated in open orders
      - `BatchStatus` string: Batch Status
      - `IsDeleted` boolean: Is BatchInventory deleted
      - `WarehouseBinrackStandardType` integer: Warehouse binrack standard type
      - `WarehouseBinrackTypeName` string: Warehouse binrack type friendly name
      - `InTransfer` integer: Number of items in Transfer phase.
      - `BinRackId` integer: Binrack Id (Use for WMS)
      - `WarehouseBinrackTypeId` integer: Warehouse binrack type unique id.
