Update the shipping info of a specific order

  - `info` UpdateOrderShippingInfoRequest
    - `PostalServiceId` string, uuid: Postal service ID
    - `TotalWeight` number, double: Order total weight
    - `ItemWeight` number, double: If order is processed
    - `PostageCost` number, double: Order postage cost
    - `TrackingNumber` string: Order tracking number provided by courier
    - `ManualAdjust` boolean: If there is an adjustment to shipping cost was made
