`POST /api/OpenOrders/GetIdentifiersByOrderIds`

Get all identifiers for a list of orderIds

- OrderIdentifier[]
  - `fkOrderId` string, uuid
  - `IdentifierId` integer: Internal identifier id. Use to update image and name.
  - `IsCustom` boolean: Is the tag user or system defined?
  - `ImageId` string, uuid
  - `ImageUrl` string
  - `Tag` string: Internal tag for identification purposes
  - `Name` string: Name displayed where the tag is used
