  - `inventoryItemId` string, uuid: stockitem id
  - `propertyParams` GetExtendedPropertyFilter
    - `PropertyName` string
    - `PropertyType` string
  - `itemNumber` string: This can be used as an alternative to stockitemid

  - `pkRowId` string, uuid: Record row ID (generate random)
  - `fkStockItemId` string, uuid: Stock Item ID
  - `ProperyName` string: Property name
  - `PropertyValue` string: Property value
