`POST /api/Inventory/CreateCategory`

Use this call to create new category

- InventoryCreateCategoryRequest
  - `categoryName` string: Category name
  - `categoryId` string, uuid: Category id (optional)

  - `CategoryId` string, uuid: Category ID
  - `CategoryName` string: Category name
  - `StructureCategoryId` integer: Structure Category Id to which this product category is assigned to, nullable if not available
  - `ProductCategoryId` integer
