  - `IsConditions` boolean: Indicate if the template has conditions defined
  - `Condition` string: Template condition defined
  - `Enabled` boolean: Indicate if the template is enabled or not
  - `fkEmailAccountRowId` integer: Row Id of the email account used to send the email
  - `AccountName` string: Name of the email account used to send the email
  - `AttachPDF` boolean: Indicate if this template has attachments enabled
  - `IsAdhoc` boolean: Indicates if the email type is adhoc
  - `HTML` boolean: Indicates whether the email is a HTML email
