`GET /v1/subscription/{subscription_id}/customer_portal`

Manage-subscription / customer-portal URL for a subscription, resolved
by its payment gateway (Lemon Squeezy, Dodo, or Razorpay). One endpoint so
the UI doesn't branch per provider.
