`POST /v1/media_scheduler/schedule`

## Request

Upload media, detect account type, and create an Instagram media container.

- Detects whether `instagram_id` is an Instagram Business Account (via Facebook) or Instagram user account
- Uploads the provided media (and optional cover) to object storage
- Creates the media container using existing services
