# Generate Auto Reply Variations

`POST /v1/ai/generate_auto_reply_variations`

## Request

Write one new variation of each of the creator's existing manual auto
replies, in the order given.

Each variation rewrites its original — same meaning, tone, language and
script, different wording — and never repeats an original. Feeds the
"generate more" action on the manual auto-reply pool; calling again with
the grown list doubles it. Meta penalizes automation accounts that send
the same public reply repeatedly.

## Request body

- AutoReplyVariationsPayload: Body for POST /api/v1/ai/generate_auto_reply_variations. `messages` are the creator's existing manual auto-reply templates (`Automation.auto_reply_messages`); the endpoint writes ONE new variation of each. Blank entries are dropped and case-insensitive duplicates collapsed before validation, so a body of only whitespace is a 422 rather than a model call.
  - `messages` string[], required: Existing auto-reply messages, one variation is written per message.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- AutoReplyVariationsResponse: Response for POST /api/v1/ai/generate_auto_reply_variations. `variations` are new messages only, one per original and in the order of the originals (which are not echoed back), ready to append to `auto_reply_messages`. May hold fewer entries than originals when the model could not produce a distinct rewrite of one of them after one top-up call.
