- CreateReferralPayoutPayload: Record a payout disbursed to an affiliate.

  - `currency` 'INR' | 'USD', required: ISO 4217 currencies used across the money tables. Shared by payment_ledger and affiliate_payout. str-Enum so the member value ("INR"/"USD") compares equal to a plain string everywhere downstream.
  - `method` string, nullable
  - `reference` string, nullable
  - `notes` string, nullable
