`POST /v1/risk/score`

Quick risk score (0-100) for entity name + country. Lightweight check without full data source scan.

## Request body

- object
  - `entity_name` string, required: Legal entity name
  - `country` string, required: ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code

## Other responses

- `402`: Payment required. The x402 v2 challenge is in the base64 PAYMENT-REQUIRED header and the JSON body; pay and retry with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE, or send X-API-Key with prepaid balance.
