# Get sanctions-list changes and hits on entities you checked

`GET /v1/compliance/alerts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.limitguard.ai`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - none

Daily changes to the OFAC, EU and UN sanctions lists, plus alerts when an entity or wallet this key checked is listed. Poll this route; alerts about entities or wallets this key checked are also sent to a webhook registered for sanctions.match.new (POST /v1/webhooks). Filter by jurisdiction and severity.

- `severity` 'critical' | 'high' | 'medium' | 'low' | 'informational'
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer

- `402`: Payment required. The x402 v2 challenge is in the base64 PAYMENT-REQUIRED header and the JSON body; pay and retry with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE, or send X-API-Key with prepaid balance.
