# Create an ID Card Batch

`POST /id-cards/v1/business-locations/{businessLocationId}/batches`

Creates a new batch of ID cards for a specific business location.

- `businessLocationId` integer, required

- IdCardsApiCreateIdCardBatchRequest
  - `name` string, required: The name of the ID card batch.

## Response `201`

Successfully created an ID card batch.

- IdCardsApiIdCardBatch
  - `batchId` integer: The unique identifier for the ID card batch.
  - `name` string: The name of the ID card batch.
  - `businessLocationId` integer: The unique identifier for the business location this batch belongs to.
