# Search taxonomies by keywords

`GET /taxonomies/{facet}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.lightcast.io/uk-profiles`

Search taxonomies using either whole keywords (relevance search) or partial keywords (autocomplete).

    - `name` string, required: Taxonomy facet item name.

      - `country` string, nullable: Country of origin.
      - `location` object: City lat/lon locaiton.
        - `lat` number, required
        - `lon` number, required
      - `profiles` integer: The number of profiles associated with a company
      - `skill_type` string: Skills taxonomy type (Specialized Skill, Common Skill, or Certification).
    - `score` number

## Other responses

- `400`: Your request wasn't valid (bad parameter names or values).
- `404`: The facet you requested wasn't found.
