`GET /v1/sources`

## Request

No key required. Each source states what it covers, when it was last read, how many rows came back, how that count was checked, and its current status, including broken. next lists the next steps; when q matches nothing it also carries the SearchMissNext fields (ask_for_it with request_source, open_pot when an open bounty already asks for the same words, post_bounty).
