# Assign an accepted contract to an organization

`POST /v1/procurement/accounts/{id}/contracts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.licium.ai`
- URL: `https://www.licium.ai/v1/procurement/accounts/{id}/contracts`
- Auth: one of:
  - none
  - HTTP bearer

Only a manager who currently owns the accepted posted contract may assign it; a family can belong to only one organization.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- object
  - `source_bounty_id` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Existing matching assignment returned with family_id and source_bounty_id.

## Other responses

- `201`: Contract ownership assigned; returns family_id and source_bounty_id.
- `409`: The contract is ineligible, another organization owns the family, or this organization assigned the family from a different source.
