# Per-application plan, after an application's 120 days: buy more weekly checks of it at $4 each.

`POST /v1/payer-follow-ups/{id}/renewals`

## Request

Body {token, application_id, checks} (checks 1 to 12, default 4); the token may also come in the X-Payer-Follow-Up-Token header, or use a session signed in with the follow-up's email. Returns the payment page; the checks are added when the payment settles.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid body.
- `404`: Application not found in this follow-up, or the token does not open it.
- `409`: Not on the per-application plan, still within its 120 days, decided, or not paid yet.
- `503`: Payment is not available right now.
