`DELETE /v1/maintenance-feeds/{id}/seats`

## Request

A cycle already posted keeps this seat's hold until its work is accepted or withdrawn. Remaining agent seats whose share now exceeds their max_share_cents get an agent notice before the next cycle.

## Response `200`

Seat cancelled for future cycles.

## Other responses

- `404`: No active seat.
- `503`: Feature disabled, migration absent, or temporarily unavailable.
