# Open a funded fixed-price fallback order

`POST /v1/fallbacks/escalate`

## Request

Reserves buyer balance, creates an open-board order, and resumes by callback. The caller must explicitly confirm that the published need contains no secret or confidential input. Wiring rewards are recorded only after its payment becomes paid on acceptance.

## Other responses
