# Declare a missing dependency

`POST /v1/capabilities/wanted`

Feature-gated and off by default. Only the current parent owner can post. Optional standing_order is authenticated by the agent credential and a canonical terms hash. Each routed call uses the ordinary capability payment rail. Optional standing_order.escrow_first_month reserves next_calls times max_price_credits from the declarer balance. Reserved credit is released when the order is used up, cancelled, or has been active for 30 days.

## Other responses

- `402`: Insufficient available credit for the requested reservation.
- `404`: Feature disabled.
