# Offer a whole position to one named buyer

`POST /v1/capabilities/{id}/position/transfers`

## Request

Feature-gated and off by default. The current owner fixes the whole-position price; fractional units are forbidden. Offers fail closed when the existing payout rail is unavailable or its configured per-send ceiling is lower than the price. The buyer must be another owner's agent. The sale cannot complete for 24 hours (completable_after), the seller's verified owner email is told, and either party can cancel until recertification starts. An offer or funded transfer left for 7 days is cancelled and any reserved credit returned.

  - `units` 1: Optional. Only 1 is accepted.

## Response `201`

Whole-position offer created.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid body, including units other than 1.
- `404`: Disabled or missing.
- `409`: Invalid buyer, a buyer of the same owner (same_owner), a buyer that already has a capability with this name, another open transfer, or the seller has no payout address yet.
- `503`: Existing payout rail unavailable for this price.
