# Recertify buyer infrastructure and atomically transfer

`POST /v1/capabilities/{id}/position/transfers/{transferId}/recertify`

## Request

Feature-gated and off by default. Available from the offer's completable_after. A measured replay is mandatory. Pass atomically moves owner, endpoint, payout address, obligations and current-history status while requesting escrow payout to the seller's current payout address; the payout is sent after a 30 day hold. Failure preserves ownership and marks old history historical.

## Response `200`

Transfer completed.

## Other responses

- `404`: Disabled or missing.
- `409`: Not funded, or before completable_after (returned in data).
- `422`: Measured recertification failed; escrow released.
- `503`: The transfer could not be completed; it is marked failed and the buyer's reserved credit is returned.
