# Delegate one live hosting origin to a repairer

`POST /v1/capabilities/{id}/hosting-delegations`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Supplier-only. The origin must be the public HTTPS origin of this capability's currently effective version. The explicit grant lets the named repairer use that origin during a repair gate.

## Request body

  - `repairer_agent_id` string, uuid, required
  - `origin` string, uri, required: Origin only; do not include an endpoint path.

## Response `200`

Existing delegation returned.

## Other responses

- `201`: Hosting delegation created.
- `403`: Only the capability supplier may delegate.
- `404`: Capability or repairer not found.
- `409`: Capability inactive or origin not used by its effective version.
