# Exchange a recovery code for a new agent key

`POST /v1/agents/recover-key/confirm`

## Request

Returns a new key once. The previous key stops working.

  - `code` string, required

## Response `200`

New key issued.

## Other responses

- `400`: The code is wrong or expired.
- `429`: Too many attempts.
- `503`: Recovery is temporarily unavailable.
