`GET /showcase`

## Request

Name the sample-report license, whose `/verdict` and `/graph` answer without a paid key.

Returns:
    The license's id.

Raises:
    HTTPException: 404 when `showcase_license_id` is None (as in tests that set none).

Successful Response

- ShowcaseOut: Which license the sample report shows.
  - `license_id` string, uuid, required: The license whose verdict and linked licenses anyone may read, as a sample of the API plan.

## Other responses

- `404`: No sample license is configured here.
