`GET /reports/{report_id}.pdf`

Download a report's PDF, byte for byte as issued.

Args:
    report_id: The report.
    key: Injected: the caller's paid key.
    reports: Injected `ReportRepository`.

Returns:
    The PDF, as an attachment.

Raises:
    HTTPException: 404 when this key issued no such report.

- `401`: No API key, or one that's wrong or revoked.
- `403`: A free key: proof reports need a paid plan.
- `404`: This key issued no report with that ID.
- `422`: Validation Error
