# List Watches

`GET /monitoring/watches`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.licenscheck.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

List the contractors this key watches, oldest first, each with its verdict at the last check.

Args:
    limit: Max watches to return.
    offset: Number of watches to skip, for pagination.
    reference: Only watches with exactly this reference; None for all.
    api_key_id: Injected: the caller's key.
    caller: Injected caller, for its plan's watch cap.
    monitoring: Injected `MonitoringRepository`.

Returns:
    A page of watches, how many there are, and how many the plan includes.

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer: Max watches to return.
- `offset` integer: Number of watches to skip.
- `reference` string, nullable: Only watches with exactly this reference.

Successful Response

- WatchListOut: Response for GET /monitoring/watches.
  - `watches` WatchOut[], required: This page of watches, oldest first.
    - `id` string, uuid, required: The watch's ID, for DELETE /monitoring/watches/{id}.
    - `license_id` string, uuid, required: The license it was started on.
    - `contractor_name` string, required: That license's licensee, as its board lists it at the last check.
    - `state` string, required: That license's state, e.g. AZ.
    - `board` string, required: The board that issued it, e.g. AZ_ROC.
    - `license_number` string, required: Its license number.
    - `reference` string, nullable, required: The label you gave the watch, or null.
    - `linked_states` string[], required: The states of the licenses linked to it, each once, alphabetically.
    - `created_at` string, date-time, required: When it started; you get events for changes after this.
    - `verdict_level` 'clear' | 'review' | 'risk', required: The overall verification verdict for a license.
    - `linked_licenses` integer, required: How many other licenses are linked to it, and watched with it.
    - `checked_at` string, date-time, required: When it was last checked.
  - `total` integer, required: How many watches the key has in all, or with `reference`, how many have that reference.
  - `included` integer, nullable, required: How many contractors the key's plan may watch at once (Starter 10, API 50); null for no cap.

## Other responses

- `401`: No API key, or one that's wrong or revoked.
- `403`: A free key: monitoring needs a paid plan.
- `422`: Validation Error
