# Turn on a fixed outbound IP

`POST /v1/projects/{projectID}/fixed-ip/enable`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.liara.ir`
- URL: `https://api.liara.ir/v1/projects/{projectID}/fixed-ip/enable`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Gives the app's outgoing traffic a fixed IP address, so you can allow it in other services' firewalls. Team permission: `operate` or `manage`.

## Path parameters

- `projectID` string, required: 24-character hexadecimal ID.

## Query parameters

- `teamID` string: 24-character hexadecimal ID.

## Response `200`

Done.

  - `IP` string: The app's outbound IP address.

## Other responses

- `400`: `teamID` isn't a valid ID.
- `401`: The API token is missing, invalid or expired.
- `403`: With `teamID`: you aren't a member of the team (`team_not_found`), or you don't have the required permission on this app (`no_permission`).
- `404`: The app doesn't exist.
- `409`: A fixed IP is already on.
