`GET /api/v1/normas/{slug}/estructura`

Árbol de la norma en `fecha` (hoy si se omite): los nodos con una versión oficial
que rige en esa fecha. `include_text=true` agrega el texto de una página de nodos en
el orden del documento (`page`, `page_size`; el árbol llega completo y `text_page`
dice si hay más), cada uno con su vigencia, su fuente y el SHA-256 de su texto
(`checksum`), y requiere un plan de la API (`403 paid_plan_required` en el plan
gratuito). Los nodos con texto tienen un tope diario por cuenta
(`text_nodes_per_day` en `GET /account`; `429 text_quota_exceeded` al rebasarlo). Una
`fecha` anterior al baseline de la norma responde `404 outside_coverage`; una futura
(más allá de mañana), `404 future_not_available`.
