`GET /api/v1/articulos/{id}`

## Request

Un artículo completo (fracciones e incisos incluidos) con el texto que rige en `fecha`
(hoy si se omite), su fuente, el SHA-256 del texto, su vigencia, `components` con la
versión de cada parte y su cita (`canonical_citation`, `citation_status`). Una `fecha`
anterior al baseline de su norma responde `404 outside_coverage`; una futura (más allá
de mañana), `404 future_not_available`.
