302 to a fresh signed URL for the picture's thumbnail (CMD-1364), gated exactly like ``/content``.

Grid views render dozens of tiles at once; the original is megabytes, the thumbnail tens of
kilobytes. The picture payload's ``thumbnail_url`` names this route once the thumbnail is ready;
until then the key is absent and a 404 here means "not ready", never an error to retry.
