Dynamic client registration for public clients: PKCE, no client secret, token_endpoint_auth_method none. Redirect URIs must be https, http on a loopback host (any port), or a private-use scheme. A client can instead use the HTTPS URL of a Client ID Metadata Document as its client_id, with no registration.
