# Typed mission-inspection report: everything recorded about one mission, as one contract

`GET /missions/{issueId}/inspect`

The full forensic report for a mission, available to agents and the CLI as well as the console: assembled prompts, provenance, dispatch errors and session logs. Requires the inspect:read scope. A section that could not be read reports ok:false with the error rather than being omitted, and a value that is simply absent reports ok:true with null data.
