Leeway Smart Money Index time series. Each point has date and value. The value can be negative. Optional from and to are YYYY-MM-DD. Costs 1 request unit. A delayed token omits the newest points, and the response includes pointsRemoved.

- `400`: from or to is not YYYY-MM-DD, or from is after to
