`GET /api/v1/public/sentiment/fear-index`

## Request

Leeway Fear Index time series. Each point has date and value on a 0 to 100 scale. Optional from and to are YYYY-MM-DD. Costs 1 request unit. A delayed token omits the newest points, and the response includes pointsRemoved.

## Response `200`

Fear Index series

## Other responses

- `400`: from or to is not YYYY-MM-DD, or from is after to
- `404`: Fear Index series is not available
