`GET /vendors/candidates`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Suggested vendors projected from coded supplier-side bank activity, bank rules, and the platform phone book — names not yet on file as vendor contacts. Accept via POST /vendors/candidates/accept.
